About the Site
The Site provides information about B&E's contract flight crew and mentor pilot services and a way to request them. Submitting a request does not create a binding engagement. Any actual engagement of pilots or services is subject to a separate written agreement between B&E and the client, which governs the specific terms, scope, fees, and responsibilities of that engagement.
Use of the Site
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any details you submit in a request.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and marks — are owned by B&E or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
No professional or flight-safety advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute aviation, operational, legal, or other professional advice. All flight operations remain subject to applicable regulations and the judgment and authority of the pilot in command and the operator.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: B&E Aviation Groups Operational SMS.
Program description: B&E Aviation Groups LLC sends operational SMS messages to enrolled contract pilots and charter operators. Messages include trip dispatch offers, trip confirmations and schedule changes, payment and receipt updates, document and compliance reminders, and after-hours coordination. This is not a marketing program.
How to opt in: Users opt in during account onboarding at https://bandeaviationgroups.com/portal/ by entering their mobile number and checking a consent box acknowledging these SMS terms. Consent is captured only after the user completes a signed Pilot Addendum or Operator Agreement.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on trip activity, compliance reminders, and operational events. You should expect only occasional messages tied to your active engagements.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply. B&E Aviation Groups does not charge for SMS; standard carrier rates apply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You may also opt out by contacting us at the address or number above. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from the program.
Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers and SMS-related data. Mobile phone numbers and consent data collected for this program are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
